1. Business Status and Scope

USAWTV.com currently operates from California, United States, providing photography, filmmaking, editing, and visual media. services.

A new one-person self-employed activity is planned in Flanders, Belgium, with a primary focus on Cultural and Artistic Photography and Visual Media.

The planned Belgian services will include:

  • Cultural events and performance      documentation
  • Exhibition and installation      photography
  • Artist portraits and interviews
  • Short documentaries and artist      profiles
  • Heritage and community      storytelling
  • Editing, color correction, and      audio synchronization
  • Multilingual subtitles
  • Digital exhibition content
  • Cultural campaign assets
  • Audiovisual archive preparation

The Belgian activity is not yet operational. No paid self-employed activity will be performed in Belgium until all required authorizations, registrations, affiliations, and insurance arrangements have been completed.

These Terms apply to the use of the USAWTV.com website. A project-specific quotation, service agreement, letter of intent, release, or other written agreement may contain additional terms. Where a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement will normally control, subject to mandatory applicable law.

2. Current U.S. Services

Services presently performed in the United States are provided by Vartan Vartanyan through USAWTV.com.

The scope, location, deliverables, schedule, fees, deposit, licensing rights, cancellation conditions, and other requirements for each U.S. assignment will be stated in a written quotation or service agreement.

3. Planned Belgian Services

Before the Belgian activity is legally established, USAWTV.com may:

  • Communicate with artists and      cultural organizations
  • Discuss possible future projects.
  • Attend informational meetings
  • Prepare non-binding proposals
  • Request or receive letters of      intent
  • Prepare conditional quotations or      collaboration descriptions.

Any proposed Belgian project discussed before authorization will be expressly conditional on the applicant obtaining the required Professional Card and completing the necessary residence, business, tax, social-security, insurance, and administrative registrations.

A discussion, proposal, or letter of intent does not authorize the performance of paid services before those requirements have been completed.

After Belgian registration, the official business name, establishment address, Crossroads Bank for Enterprises number, VAT number, where applicable, and legally required contact information will be published on the website and contractual documents.

4. Project Proposals and Agreements

No project is confirmed solely because an inquiry form has been submitted or an informal conversation has taken place.

A project becomes confirmed only after:

  • The project scope and      deliverables have been agreed in writing.
  • The applicable quotation or      service agreement has been accepted.
  • Any required deposit or advance      has been received.
  • Required access, permissions,      releases, and scheduling arrangements have been confirmed.
  • All legal conditions for      performing the work have been satisfied

Changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fee, or adjusted delivery schedule.

5. Fees, Deposits, and Payment

Project fees will be stated in the applicable written quotation or agreement.

A deposit or advance may be required to reserve production dates or begin preparatory work. The amount and applicable cancellation conditions will be stated before payment.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Final payment will be due before      the release of full resolution or final master files.
  • Additional services outside the      agreed scope may be charged separately.
  • Travel, parking, venue fees,      special permits, licensed music, translation, subtitles, rentals,      additional crew, and expedited delivery may be charged when included in      the quotation.
  • Taxes will be added where legally      applicable.

For current U.S. services, payment methods may include bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or another agreed method.

For future Belgian services, invoices and payments will comply with applicable Belgian tax, invoicing, consumer, and payment rules.

Late-payment interest, collection costs, or compensation will be charged only where permitted by applicable law and after any legally required notice or waiting period.

6. Belgian Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where a future Belgian or European consumer enters a service contract online, by telephone, or away from the business premises, the consumer may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Where a consumer requests that performance begin during the withdrawal period, USAWTV.com may require an express written request.

If the consumer withdraws after performance has begun at the consumer’s express request, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already performed, as permitted by applicable law.

The consumer may lose the right of withdrawal after a service has been fully performed, only where the legally required express request and acknowledgement have been provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be stated in the project quotation or agreement.

Depending on the timing of cancellation and work already completed, charges may include:

  • Non-recoverable third-party      expenses
  • Venue or permit costs
  • Equipment or studio reservations
  • Travel costs
  • Preparatory work
  • Crew commitments
  • A cancellation charge permitted      by applicable law

For Belgian consumer projects, cancellation provisions will be applied subject to mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right.

USAWTV.com may reschedule or cancel a project because of illness, unsafe conditions, severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, transportation disruption, government action, or another circumstance reasonably beyond its control.

Where USAWTV.com cancels without providing an acceptable alternative date, refundable amounts will be refunded. turned subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

8. Client and Organization Responsibilities

The client or contracting organization must:

  • Provide accurate project      information
  • Identify the authorized contact      person.
  • Provide safe and timely access to      the venue.
  • Obtain required venue      permissions.
  • Inform participants about      photography or filming where required.
  • Obtain model, performer, parent,      guardian, property, music, artwork, and other releases where the agreement      assigns that responsibility to the client.
  • Identify confidential,      restricted, copyrighted, or sensitive material.
  • Inform USAWTV.com of house rules,      safety requirements, accessibility requirements, and technical      restrictions.
  • Ensure that event schedules and      production areas are reasonably available.
  • Review drafts and provide      feedback within the agreed period

Delays caused by missing permissions, restricted access, incomplete information, or client-requested changes may affect fees and delivery dates.

9. Cultural Events, Performances, and Exhibitions

Photography or filming at exhibitions, performances, festivals, heritage locations, rehearsals, workshops, or community events may be subject to:

  • Venue rules
  • Artist and performer rights
  • Audience privacy
  • Copyright restrictions
  • Music and performance rights
  • Museum or heritage-site policies
  • Security restrictions
  • Lighting and sound limitations
  • Local permits
  • Organizer instructions

USAWTV.com may stop or modify production where continued work would be unsafe, unlawful, seriously disruptive, or contrary to an authorized venue instruction.

10. Deliverables and Production Schedule

Deliverables may include:

  • Edited photographs
  • Web-ready images
  • Press-ready selections
  • Interview videos
  • Short documentaries
  • Highlight films
  • Vertical social-media clips
  • Subtitle files
  • Digital exhibition material
  • Archive-ready master files
  • Organized media folders and      metadata

The final deliverables, file formats, resolution, duration, number of revisions, delivery method, and estimated completion date will be stated in the quotation or agreement.

Delivery times depend on project size, editing requirements, feedback, subtitles, translations, approvals, and technical complexity.

RAW camera files, unedited photographs, original project files, timelines, and unused footage are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

11. Review and Revisions

The client must review delivered drafts within the period stated in the agreement.

The quotation will identify the number and type of revisions included. Additional revisions, changes in creative direction, replacement interviews, new subtitles, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

A revision is not a complete reproduction of the project unless expressly agreed.

12. Copyright and Client License

Unless copyright is expressly assigned in a written agreement, USAWTV.com or the relevant creator retains copyright in original photographs, films, edits, graphics, subtitles, and other creative work to the extent permitted by applicable law.

After full payment, the client receives the usage rights described in the applicable agreement.

The license may identify:

  • Permitted media
  • Geographic territory
  • Duration
  • Commercial or non-commercial use
  • Exhibition use
  • Press and promotional use
  • Social-media use
  • Archival use
  • Educational use
  • Editing or adaptation rights
  • Credit requirements

The client may not sell, sublicense, materially alter, misrepresent, or provide the work to an unrelated third party outside the agreed license without written authorization.

Rights in third-party music, artwork, performances, trademarks, locations, or archival materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

13. Portfolio and Promotional Use

USAWTV.com will not assume an unrestricted right to publish identifiable client or participant material.

Portfolio, website, social media, immigration evidence, when any other fund media, immigration media, exhibition, promotional, immigration-evidence, or educational use will occur only where permitted by:

  • The project agreement
  • A separate model or client      release
  • Express written permission
  • Another lawful basis

A client requesting complete confidentiality must state this before the project is confirmed.

14. Image Rights, Interviews, and Minors

Clients and organizations must identify individuals who must not be photographed or recorded.

For interviews and prominently featured participants, appropriate consent or authorization may be required.

For minors, the necessary permission of a parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or other responsible authority must be obtained before publication or other use, as applicable.

USAWTV.com may use separate releases or consent forms where appropriate.

15. Archiving and Storage

USAWTV.com will use reasonable care when managing project files, but does not promise permanent storage unless an archival service is included in the written agreement.

The agreement may specify:

  • The file-retention period
  • Backup arrangements
  • Archive formats
  • Retrieval charges
  • Long-term storage fees
  • File-deletion dates

Clients should download and securely back up all final deliverables promptly.

16. Drone and Aerial Services

Current U.S. drone activity, when offered, will be performed only when legally permitted and subject to applicable Federal Aviation Administration and local requirements.

Future drone services in Belgium or elsewhere in the European Union will be offered only after all applicable registration, competency, insurance, geographic-zone, venue, privacy, safety, and operational requirements have been satisfied.

Drone work may be cancelled or modified because of weather, airspace restrictions, crowds, location rules, safety concerns, or government instructions.

17. Subcontractors and Project Specialists

USAWTV.com may engage appropriately qualified camera operators, editors, translators, subtitle specialists, sound professionals, assistants, or other project-based collaborators where reasonably necessary.

USAWTV.com will remain responsible for coordinating its contracted services, subject to the applicable agreement.

Confidential information and personal data shared with project specialists will be limited to what is reasonably required for their work.

18. Professional Standard and Liability

USAWTV.com will perform agreed services with reasonable professional care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent legally permitted, USAWTV.com will not be responsible for:

  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses
  • Lost profits or opportunities
  • Delays caused by the client,      venue, participants, weather, transportation, or third parties
  • Restrictions imposed by venues or      authorities
  • Failure of third-party platforms
  • Loss caused by inaccurate client      instructions
  • Unauthorized use of deliverables      by the client or another party

Any project-specific limitation of liability will be stated in the written agreement and applied subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, illness, accident, strike, transportation disruption, venue closure, equipment theft, public-health restrictions, government action, civil disturbance, power failure, or communication-system failure.

The parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, modify, or complete the project when circumstances allow.

20. Complaints

A client should submit any complaint promptly to:

The complaint should include:

  • Client name
  • Project name
  • Date
  • Description of the concern
  • Relevant supporting information
  • Requested resolution

USAWTV.com will attempt to respond within a reasonable period.

After the Belgian business is legally registered, information about any applicable Belgian consumer-mediation or dispute-resolution process will be added where legally required or appropriate.

21. Governing Law

Current U.S. projects

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, projects performed through the current U.S. operation will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating exclusively to a U.S. project may be brought before the competent courts of California.

Future Belgian projects

After the Belgian activity has been lawfully established, Belgian projects will be governed by Belgian law unless another applicable rule or written agreement lawfully provides otherwise.

For consumers, nothing in these Terms removes the protection of mandatory consumer law or the right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, business registration, legal requirements, or website operation.

The version applicable to a confirmed project will normally be the version accepted with the relevant quotation or service agreement.
