Use of project material in the USAWTV.com portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, promotional materials, or Professional Card evidence will require permission where permission is legally or contractually required.

For projects involving minors, an authorized parent or legal guardian must provide the required permission.

Cultural organizations and event organizers are responsible for informing USAWTV.com about applicable venue rules, participant restrictions, image-right requirements, confidential material, and areas in which photography or filming is prohibited.
